What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver insightful monthly management accounts and financial performance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Perform detailed cost accounting and profitability analysis
- Develop and enhance operational KPI reporting and performance metrics
- Conduct internal control assessments and audit reviews
- Support capital expenditure planning, investment analysis, and business cases
- Review procurement processes, commercial agreements, and cost-saving opportunities
- Design and maintain activity-based costing and revenue models
- Partner with operational teams to identify efficiencies and drive business improvement initiatives
- Act as a strategic finance business partner across multiple operational sites
What We're Looking For
- BCom Accounting or related Finance qualification
- Completed SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA articles will be highly advantageous
- 5–7 years of experience within Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and influence operational decision-making
- Experience within Agriculture, FMCG, Manufacturing, Food Production, or other operationally driven industries will be advantageous
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle essential
