Job Summary
As the Cost Accountant , you'll be the financial custodian of all Food & Beverage inventory and cost-related activities across multiple outlets, bars, cellars, and storage facilities.

- Conducting three-way matching between purchase orders, delivery notes, and supplier invoices
- Monitoring inventory movements and overseeing weekly beverage counts and monthly stock takes
- Identifying and investigating stock variances, losses, wastage, spoilage, and shrinkage
- Calculating and analysing Food & Beverage cost percentages and preparing insightful management reports
- Tracking actual performance against budget and providing meaningful variance analysis
- Reviewing supplier pricing and identifying opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiencies
- Maintaining accurate recipe costings, portion controls, and menu profitability analysis
- Collaborating closely with Executive Chefs and F&B leadership to maximise margins and operational performance
- Ensuring compliance with procurement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements
Essential Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in Cost Accounting, Hospitality Finance, Inventory Management, or Procurement
- Strong financial analysis and cost-of-sales experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with stock and inventory control systems
- Knowledge of POS platforms such as Micros or similar systems
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
