Company and Job Description:A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Accountant to join the finance team in Johannesburg. The business operates in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and is recognised for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining robust internal controls, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making. You will play a hands-on role in managing core accounting functions while contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Managing VAT and tax compliance
- Processing journals and performing reconciliations
- Maintaining and analysing the income statement
- Managing and reviewing the balance sheet
- BCom Accounting
- SAICA/SAIPA Articles completed
- 3 years’ experience
- Prior experience within the manufacturing sector
