Senior Project / Program Manager – Banking & Payments Transformation - (CONTRACT)

Our client is looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager with a strong background in banking transformation and/or large-scale payments transformation programs to join a high-impact initiative.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale banking transformation programs OR payments modernization / transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, preferably across core banking, payments, digital transformation, or enterprise change programs
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including business, technology, vendors, and executive leadership
- Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
- Strong program governance, risk management, and execution capability
- Experience in South African banking/payments landscape will be advantageous
