The role ensures that strategic objectives are translated into clear, measurable goals at Group, divisional, team, and individual level, and that performance expectations, outcomes, and differentiation are consistently understood, applied, and governed.
This role plays a critical part in embedding a high-performance culture by:
· Enabling effective goal setting and goal cascading
· Driving performance differentiation through ranking and calibration
· Building leader capability in performance conversations
