Talent Pipeline: Credit Risk Consultants (Banking Sector)
We are building a pipeline of experienced professionals within credit risk.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed credit assessments and affordability checks

Analyse credit bureau reports and financial information
-
Verify client documentation (income, bank statements, ID, etc.)

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
-
Make risk-based decisions and provide clear motivations
-
Handle client interactions professionally, including explaining outcomes
Requirements:

BCom Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics)
-
2–3 years’ experience in credit vetting / credit risk
-
Experience within a banking/financial services environment
-
Strong understanding of credit processes and legislation
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
