In this role, you’ll be the link that holds everything together. Your focus will be on making sure engineering, procurement, materials, and documentation are all aligned before work hits the floor.
You won’t be designing or building—but you will make sure the teams that do have everything they need to deliver without delays, confusion, or rework.
From tracking readiness to flagging risks early, you’ll play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and running smoothly. You’ll work across multiple teams, removing roadblocks and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Education:
- National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Engineering Management, Production Management, Operations Management or similar
- Construction Management qualification advantageous
- Trade qualification with relevant execution experience beneficial
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project coordination, execution planning, production or construction environments
- Strong understanding of fabrication, assembly, and construction workflows
- Proven ability to coordinate across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Experience in EPC/EPS or similar project environments advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination ability
- Sharp attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
