You will be joining a team where: Processes must work — not just look good
Improvements are expected — not requested
And learning happens through doing, not watching
You will contribute to: Supporting daily production processes and identifying inefficiencies
Assisting with process optimisation to improve quality and throughput
Analysing data to understand performance trends and deviations
Working closely with production teams to implement improvements
Ensuring processes align with safety, quality, and operational standards
What you bring: A Degree or Diploma in Chemical or Process Engineering
1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment (internship exposure will be considered)
A genuine interest in process optimisation and continuous improvement
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
The willingness to be on the floor, understanding how things really work
What sets you apart: You don’t just want experience — you want exposure
You don’t avoid problems — you investigate them
You don’t wait to be told — you take initiative
If you are looking for a role that will challenge you early, develop your thinking, and give you real responsibility in a production environment, this is it.
