Education:
- Matric
- National Diploma, N6, or Trade Test in Instrumentation, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3-5 years' experience in technical internal sales or customer support
- Knowledge of process instrumentation, automation, flow, level, pressure, temperature, or analytical measurement solutions
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide fit-for-purpose technical solutions
- Experience preparing quotations and managing customer orders
- Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced technical environment
- Valid driver's licence
