- 2- 3 years' experience in industrial automation
- Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, Omron, or similar)
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Exposure to SCADA and HMI systems
- Knowledge of VSDs, motors, sensors, instrumentation, and control panels
- Experience commissioning and maintaining automated equipment
- Understanding of industrial communication networks
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, automotive, mining, or process industries advantageous
- National Diploma (N.Dip) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering
- Relevant PLC, SCADA, or Automation certifications advantageous
