As the Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal departments. You will play a vital role in supporting sales growth while ensuring customer expectations are exceeded at every stage of the sales process.
Education:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related qualification advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an Internal Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support role
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Experience working within a technical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical, or distribution environment will be advantageous
- Computer literacy with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience using ERP and CRM systems
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
