Financial Director – Construction Sector
A rapidly growing construction organisation is recruiting a Financial Director to lead financial strategy, performance management, and operational finance as the business scales nationally.
Role Focus
• Strategic financial leadership and Board advisory.
• M&A execution and capital allocation.
• Banking, bonding and funding strategy.
• 3?year planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
• Profitability analysis, KPI development and performance reporting.
• Financial governance, compliance and risk management.
• Team leadership and financial systems optimisation.
Minimum Requirements
• CA(SA) essential; MBA/MCom advantageous.
• 10+ years finance experience with at least 3 years in a senior strategic role.
• High?growth environment experience (scale-up).
• Construction/project?based industry experience beneficial.
• Strong M&A, banking, and capital?raising exposure.
