Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5 years’ experience in project management specifically management of large-scale developments.
A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or Civil Engineering
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Interest in project management and the development industry.
