Job description
We are currently seeking a Junior Land Development Manager to assist with managing our development projects in the Western Cape. You will be working under the supervision and guidance of Senior Management and will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the entire development cycle for service excellence and long-term sustainability.
Minimum requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyse development opportunities and finding solutions.
- Prepare project feasibilities and budgets.
- Prepare accurate and professional reports.
- Oversee property development projects, including processes, stakeholders, consultants and contractor relationships, management and liaison.
- Risk mitigation and delivery within budget.
- Manage accurate and comprehensive documentation, which includes but is not limited to consultant, contractor and service level agreements.
- Compliance with relevant legislation, contractual obligations, environmental regulations, wayleave conditions etc.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in the full-cycle development of large-scale projects.
- A tertiary qualification in Town Planning.
