Duties:
Manage and maintain the switchboard
Welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Respond promptly to emails and messages
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Perform basic credit control duties, including managing accounts, invoices, credit notes, and petty cash reconciliations
Ensure invoices are correctly matched and filed
Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Coordinate with management on office maintenance and repairs
Support event planning and execution as needed
Assist the Hire department with monthly hour retrievals from clients
Promote a safe working environment by identifying hazards and supporting safety initiatives
Liaise with Branch Admin to ensure policy adherence
Compare fuel slips with reports, liaising with relevant departments
Capture and consolidate vehicle log sheets and related reports
Process courier purchase orders and liaise with parts and workshop departments
Requirements:
2 to 10 years of relevant experience
Strong administrative skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Data capturing expertise
Reception and customer service skills
Knowledge of credit control procedures
