Job Summary
Key Responsibilities for this Role E-Commerce / B2B Create new and maintain current listings of all products on the B2B website & online toolkit (titles, descriptions, images, prices, product specs, quantities, etc.) Provide assistance with the day-to-day site operations including updating & maintaining all products, collections and navigation for our B2B website. Follow standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, page creation, interlinking, product assortment and maintenance. Manage third-party apps on our Shopify stores eg. Elfsight. Ensure pricing is accurate and carry out all price increases on B2B Design the company’s online advertising campaigns to generate traffic to the website Support E-Commerce site needs, including developing design wireframes and layered image files and image mapping for visual product configurators, and maintaining various areas on the site such as inspiration galleries, banners, product images, and more. Maintaining brand consistency by following and adapting to brand guidelines. Create animations for banners, ads, newsletters to enhance customer attention and improve brand standards. Create marketing collateral such as (online banners, social ads, posters, wobblers & stickers online stores & brick and mortar Format & design Google slide presentations to enhance clarity, visual appeal and overall impact Contribute to social media strategy in partnership with digital agency Community Management for all Pack Leader brands across all social media platforms Independent management of Pack Leader B2B social media Design and create infographic, illustrative and graphic overlayed lifestyle imagery for Instagram posts on different brand pages Manage/create/execute social media campaigns/giveaways/competitions. Qualifications and Experience Design-related qualification (such as a degree in Visual Communication Design) 3+ years of experience (with proficiency and experience in Adobe Suite, Shopify, Google Workspace & Meta Business Suite) Liaising with Reps and Suppliers (including our international suppliers’ marketing teams) in order to maintain the company’s digital library (implementing changes such as new prices or products)
