SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Automotive Industry)/EAST LONDON - Our client, a well-established company within the Automotive Industry, is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Minimum 3 years' proven Sales Representative experience (Automotive industry experience advantageous)

• Valid Code 08 Driver's Licence

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Computer literate (MS Office)

• Ability to travel within the designated sales area

• Clear criminal record

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of key accounts

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

• Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers

• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up on quotations

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records

• Manage Client Service Level Agreements

• Ensure excellent after-sales service to encourage repeat business

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
