Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Fault finding; repairs and installation
Maintain and service equipment
Breakdown time recording at machine (from start to finish)
Service reports to be completed after each service
Maintain products equipment as per machine manual
Spare parts availability
Ensure spare equipment in good working order
Housekeeping and maintenance clean and tidying of work area throughout the shift and on completion of every shift
Attend to any oil and water leaks at machine immediately
Maximum machine availability and support to production
Contribute to the improvement of electrical and mechanical standards
Ensure electrical and mechanical equipment conforms to the Group's HSE standards
Maintenance of tooling and related equipment
Facilities are well maintained
Need to be contactable after hours to support
Weekly Maintenance reports
Process related problem solving and support
Support and set up of machines, robots and grippers
To know all equipment performance capabilities
To know each equipment duty and what effect it will have if it's underperforming
Make sure all work orders are attended to and closed in CVe
