✨ Key Requirements:
Motor Mechanic / Auto Electrician Trade Certificate
Master / Diagnostic Technician qualification
National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (advantage)
5–10 years’ technical experience in Aftersales Service systems
Strong mechanical & electrical fault diagnosis expertise
Proven ability to engage with dealers & customers
⚙️ Your Role:
Assess and validate dealer warranty & maintenance claims
Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies & procedures
Monitor claim quality, repair accuracy, and cost control
Provide coaching and guidance to dealer networks
Support internal stakeholders with reporting & audits
