Job Summary
Minimum Requirements / Experience:
- Matric / Grade 12
- 5+ years’ experience as a Payroll Clerk / Payroll Administrator
- Minimum payroll headcount of ± 350 employees
- VIP Payroll experience compulsory
Responsibilities:
- Creating/Disabling of employee accounts.
- Responsible for the upkeep of our Time and Attendance system/machines
- Correcting Timesheets
- Process all leave types on Time and Attendance system
- Approve all Overtime based on signed approval documents
- All Payroll input (Earning and Deductions)
- Printing and distributing of pay slips
- Handling of all queries and corrections
- Responsible for payroll reconciliations
- Responsible for monthly journals and provisions
- Termination payments and employee terminations management
- Managing Employment Equity and Skills Development Modules on VIP Premier
- Company liaison with MIBCO, submitting Sick Leave applications
