360 Recruitment Consultant (Technology Recruitment) | Remote | UK Hours Introduction Our client is a UK-based recruitment consultancy specialising in delivering talent solutions across the Technology, Sales, and Professional Services markets and is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing fully remote team. This position is based in South Africa and operates 08:00 – 18:00 (UK Hours). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, and successful placement delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter who enjoys developing new business while managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the UK recruitment market. Duties & Responsibilities Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK market. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach. Generate and attend meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers. Negotiate recruitment terms and convert opportunities into active vacancies. Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Client Management Manage client relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Conduct vacancy briefings and gain a thorough understanding of client hiring requirements. Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and recruitment advice. Ensure a professional and consultative approach in all client interactions. Candidate Management Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for permanent opportunities. Build and maintain a strong network of qualified candidates. Match suitable candidates to client requirements. Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients. Manage candidates throughout the interview and offer process. Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers where required. Recruitment Delivery Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to successful placement. Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates. Ensure an exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Successfully manage multiple vacancies across various technology disciplines. Collaboration & Administration Maintain accurate records within the CRM and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Keep recruitment activity, candidate information, and client interactions up to date. Work collaboratively with internal teams to support business objectives. Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, placements, and business development progress. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within an agency recruitment environment. Previous experience recruiting within the Technology, IT, SaaS, Software, Digital, or Professional Services sectors. Demonstrated success in both business development and full-cycle recruitment. Experience managing the entire recruitment process from client acquisition through to successful placement. Strong client relationship management and account development experience. Proven ability to source candidates using various recruitment platforms and search techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while delivering a high level of service. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Stable employment history with consistent tenure in previous roles. Previous UK or offshore recruitment experience will be highly advantageous.
