Duties and Responsibilities:- Ensure availability, confidentiality, and integrity of IT infrastructure and systems
- Provide IT support to all users
- Implement IT plans to ensure an efficient system
- Coordinate and provide various technologies globally
- Deliver activities to install and upgrade infrastructure servers
- Share information on updates, errors, and changes promptly
- Prepare roll out schedules and deploy security patches
- Conduct testing, packaging, and deploying software
- Review and support installation, service, and maintenance

- Assess product performance and recommend improvements
- Provide training and act as subject matter expert

Expected Educational Qualifications:
- Matric
- Bachelor's Degree in IT/Computer Science
- Tertiary Education in IT-related subjects (e.g., A+, N+, Microsoft Certified)
