Job Summary
IT Systems Engineer (Tier 2) – Onsite
A skilled IT Systems Engineer is sought to deliver onsite support and lead infrastructure implementations across client environments. This role blends hands-on troubleshooting with structured IT project execution and service management.
Key Focus Areas:
- Advanced desktop, server, and network support
- Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization deployments
- IT project implementation: onboarding, configuration, and tool rollout
- ITIL/COBIT5-aligned service delivery: risk, release, and configuration management
- Scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation
- Professional client support and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years’ technical support and field experience
- CompTIA A+, N+, MCSA or equivalent (AZ900/MS900)
- Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure exposure
- ITIL framework knowledge (certification advantageous)
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure projects
