• Data science and cloud certifications will be advantageous (GCP, Azure, AWS).

Someone who is passionate about the product management discipline and understands the benefits of frameworks/processes and how to optimise them in a way that is effective and efficient. This role requires someone that will thrive in collaboration with product managers and various cross-functional team members as well as customers and partners to better the clients product processes and product offering.

Knowledge:

• Contribute to overall company product strategy and vision
• Research competitors and similar product offerings
• Engage in proactive development research to continuously identify and/or ideate opportunities for new features, products, and enhanced processes to improve the customer experience.
• Manage product platforms used by a wide array of internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Experience:

Responsibilities:

• New business acquisition
• Upgrading established client base

• Updating daily activity for the CRM system
• Management of customer database
• Pursuing new business leads - online prospecting, telesales calls, cold calling.

• Preparing deal files for each sales transaction
• Ensuring that all deal files are dropped off at the offices & all documents are kept in client files
• Ensuring deal files are submitted to finance dept containing all required paperwork prior to commission cut-off dates
• Obtaining good customer relations/networking by ensuring courtesy calls, client visits, and follow-ups according to customer grading i.e. - the size of the account
• Proper communication with internal departments regarding deals - finance, service, technical, etc
• Attending regular online training sessions on new/existing product and sales skills

This is a role that is accountable to the programme board and has overall and ongoing responsibility for the successful day-to-day adoption of new capabilities in organisation in support of the realisation of outcomes of benefit on of the senior responsible owners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Drives alignment of overall transformation with the business strategy
• Ongoing accountability for establishing the approach and guidance for organisational change management
• Works with organisational change managers to prepare the business for change – Operational functions are adequately prepared and ready for change
• Designing the benefits realisation plan (with the programme manager)
• Transition is planned and will align with the required benefits realisation
• Ensure successful transition and adoption of new capabilities in the Business
• Changes are implemented into operational areas
• Changes are embedded and sustained following transition
• Embed outcomes of benefits

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant Post Graduate Degree
• More than 10 years experience in implementing Business Transformation programmes in Enterprise Level organisations
• Experience in delivering business value, managing multi-disciplinary teams, managing projects and delivering multiple large-scale IT and Business projects (from conception to delivery) simultaneously
• Experience in effectively managing relationships across the value chain
