Our client is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating site teams, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale plumbing installations within commercial environments such as hotels, hospitals, schools, office developments, shopping centres, and other commercial construction projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial plumbing projects from planning through to completion.
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project resources.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to specifications.
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and site management.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Manage project documentation, reporting and quality control.
Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment where required.
Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum RequirementsProven experience as a Project Manager within the plumbing industry.
Demonstrated experience managing commercial plumbing projects.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Computer literate with experience in project reporting.
Valid driver's license.
SalaryR35 000 – R55 000 CTC per month (Dependent on experience)
