We are seeking a highly capable and dedicated individual to join our team at Finfoot as a Spa Therapist. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, making it a vital component of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative spa reservations, function coordination, orders, stock control, and daily bookings check.
• Preparing and cleaning the spa treatments rooms, bathrooms, deck and linen.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure and efficiently manage time.
• Display compassion and a caring demeanor, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our guests.
• Take pride in achievements and maintain a strong drive to excel in the role.
• Prioritise exceptional customer service and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Embrace a flexible attitude and be willing to assist and learn across various areas of the business, supporting the onsite team in daily tasks.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently, effectively prioritize tasks, and collaborate within a multicultural team.
• Present a professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
• Exhibit a willingness to go the extra mile, remaining focused on guest satisfaction rather than clock-watching.
• Treatments such as facials, massages, waxing, pedicures, manicures, nails.
• Willingness to assist in other departments such as Food and Beverage or Housekeeping during quite periods.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12
• A spa therapist qualification is beneficial.
• 3 -5 Years’ experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry.
• Qualifications for treatments.
