Food & Beverage Manager

Paradise Beach Resort is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and highly operational Food & Beverage Manager to lead and further develop our Food & Beverage and Bar operations within a large all-inclusive beach resort environment.
This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, interacting with guests, developing teams, improving standards, and driving results. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to oversee daily F&B operations while helping shape the future direction of the department.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Guest Experience
Lead daily operations across restaurants, bars, events, and guest dining experiences.
Maintain a strong operational presence during service periods.
Ensure smooth buffet operations, service flow, presentation standards, and guest interaction.
Proactively manage guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
Drive a vibrant and engaging atmosphere throughout the resort's F&B offering.
Assist with the development of themed evenings, special events, beach dining experiences, cocktail promotions, and new guest experiences.
Bars, Controls & Financial Management
Take ownership of bar operations.
