Job Summary
Delaire Graff Estate is looking for a professional Security Officer to protect the premises, assets and personnel. The person appointed will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Main responsibilities:
Responsibilities include protecting the company’s property, staff, guests, and visitors by maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times. The role involves preventing unauthorized access by persons or vehicles, and ensuring the accurate recording of all movements of individuals, vehicles, and goods entering the Estate. It requires courteously receiving and assisting all persons seeking entry, while ensuring that all security-related requests, complaints, and incidents are properly recorded and reported. The position also includes maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and professional appearance.
Main requirements:
Must be registered at PSIRA;
Minimum of Grade C qualification;
Minimum 2 years’ experience;
Contactable references;
Good communication skills;
Need to work shifts;
Clear Criminal Record;
SARS registered;
Green barcoded ID or new ID card.
