We are looking for a confident, composed, and highly capable Restaurant Manager to lead a refined, detail-driven front of house team within one of the Cape Winelands’ most exceptional dining environments.
This is not a standard restaurant role. It is a space where service is intentional, every guest interaction matters, and the smallest details shape the overall experience. The right candidate will understand that true luxury lies in consistency, presence, and the ability to read a room.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring that service flows seamlessly, standards are upheld without compromise, and every guest leaves feeling genuinely cared for.
You will lead from the floor — visible, engaged, and in control — setting the tone for the team and ensuring alignment between front of house, kitchen, and the broader guest experience.
