What You’ll Do

• Record and track daily income and expenses across multiple properties
• Allocate transactions accurately at unit level
• Monitor subscriptions, debit orders, and recurring costs
• Manage staff reimbursements and supplier payments
• Track booking platform revenue and property performance
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare owner statements and ensure transaction accuracy
• Compile monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet
• Support cash flow tracking and forecasting
• Produce weekly and monthly financial reports
• Assist with VAT, PAYE, and payroll processing
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
• Provide financial insights to support leadership decisions
