Job Summary
In order to be considered the following is required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 5 - 8+ years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 - 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution networks and retail channels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strategic thinking and planning

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
- Working capital improvements (DSO, DPO, inventory turnover)
- Cost savings and margin improvements
- Forecast accuracy
- Process efficiency and automation gains
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth targets
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer behaviour
Team Management:
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets
- Set clear KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews
- Provide training and development to enhance team capabilities
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and retailers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Sales Operations:
- Forecast sales volumes and manage budgets effectively
- Ensure proper stock availability and inventory management
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams for smooth operations
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management
