Where You'll Make an Impact
Support the Lodge Manager in the daily operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that consistently surpass 5-star standards.
Supervise and motivate staff across all departments, fostering a positive team environment.
Ensure high standards of service, housekeeping, food & beverage, and lodge presentation are maintained.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management to promote growth and excellence.
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels and assist with administrative and operational procedures.
Step into the Lodge Manager role when required, supporting leadership and decision-making.
Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in lodge or hotel management or a similar hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and guest relations abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
