A detail-oriented Junior Finance Assistant is sought to support a finance team in ensuring accurate reporting and smooth financial operations. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, assisting with reporting cycles, and supporting day-to-day transactional processes. What You’ll Do

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timeously
• Capture and reconcile financial data within accounting systems
• Prepare bank reconciliations and assist with monitoring cash flow
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in compiling financial reports and management accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers on finance queries
• Support audit processes by providing required documentation
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
• Exposure to hospitality, property, or real estate sectors is advantageous
• Proven experience with QuickBooks or Sage accounting software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles
• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Integrity and ability to handle confidential information
