Salary: R12 500 CTC per month (depending on experience)
A well-established hospitality establishment based in Goodwood, Cape Town is urgently seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations

Ensure excellent service delivery across banqueting, in-room dining and restaurant operations
-
Manage staff performance, schedules, and discipline
-
Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer service
-
Assist with stock control and operational procedures

Handle guest queries and resolve service issues professionally
NON-NEGOTIABLE Requirements:
-
3-year Hotel School Diploma or equivalent Hospitality National Diploma

3–4 years Food & Beverage experience, including:
-
Banqueting
-
In-room dining
-
Restaurant operations
-
-
Strong leadership and people management skills
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Available to start immediately
