Duties:
Accurately capture and update guest, booking, reservation, and operational data.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial records within relevant systems.
Maintain precise electronic and physical records, verifying data for accuracy and completeness.
Assist in preparing daily and monthly administrative reports.
Update customer and supplier information as required.
Support front office, reservations, finance, and operations teams with data-related tasks.
File and organise documentation following company procedures.
Conduct regular data checks to ensure ongoing data integrity.
Support general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in data handling and management.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of organisational psychology is advantageous.
Entry-level experience (0-3 years) suitable.
Familiarity with the following:
Hospitality industry operations.
Data verification and database management.
