We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations in our fine dining establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences and setting the benchmark for hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control.
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Foster exceptional customer service, addressing guest feedback professionally.

Minimum Requirements:
