Job Summary
Our client, managing 10 hospitality properties across South Africa and Rwanda with over 450,000 bookings annually, is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator
to create and manage organic social media posting, Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Requirements for this position:
Proven experience in social media and digital marketing
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
Analytical mindset with reporting experience
Highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented
Passion for travel and hospitality
A creative eye
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media across multiple properties
Create weekly content (posts, captions, reels, stories)
Set up, monitor, optimise and report on Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Set up, monitor, optimise and report on Google Ads
Manage monthly promotions, newsletters, and community engagement
Compile weekly and monthly social media and ad performance reports
Support website content updates and copywriting
Use AI tools to improve efficiency, productivity, and creative output
Working Hours:
On-site 4 days per week, with 1 day per week working from home
IN RETURN Our Client offers A Remuneration PACKAGE of approximately
R19,300 basic salary, plus a R1,000 fuel allowance.
