Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who is confident, proactive, and strong in generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and email outreach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making initial contact, qualifying leads, and booking qualified meetings for the Sales Manager. Incentives will be paid at R500 per qualified meeting booked above the minimum target of 10 qualified meetings per month, creating strong earning potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through outbound calls and email outreach
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Book qualified meetings for the Sales Manager
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep accurate records of leads, meetings, and communication
Requirements:
- Previous lead generation, telesales, or sales experience
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently from home
- Own laptop and stable internet connection required
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
