Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity for someone who is confident, proactive, and strong in generating new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making initial contact, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities for the Sales Manager to close deals. Incentives will be paid when deals are successfully closed by the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule meetings and sales opportunities for the Sales Manager
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Keep accurate records of leads and communication
Requirements:
- Previous lead generation or sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently from home
- Own laptop and stable internet connection required
- Professional and confident telephone manner
