About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help power the company’s global expansion by identifying potential leads and creating meaningful sales opportunities. You’ll focus on outbound and inbound engagement, booking qualified discovery calls, and fuelling the sales funnel. This role requires hustle, precision, and great communication skills. You'll be part of a motivated sales team that rewards performance and fosters growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate leads
Qualify inbound leads and route them effectively to senior sales team members
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Understand customer pain points and align them with product benefits
Schedule discovery calls and ensure smooth handovers
Maintain accurate lead data using CRM tools
Achieve weekly and monthly outreach KPIs and call targets
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to improve outbound campaigns
What You’ll Bring
1+ years of sales, customer service, or outbound cold calling experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter mentality with high resilience and drive
Strong research and organisational skills
Confident, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to Have
Experience in a tech/SaaS business
Previous SDR, telemarketing, or lead gen background
Exposure to UK or international markets
Ambition to relocate internationally (future visa sponsorship possible)
