Outbound sales agent: (1LIFE COVER) Based in Randburg Basic and Commission Â Â The purpose of the sales agent is to sell funeral cover policies to the clients: Â We are looking for energetic money- hungry sales agents to sell funeral policies Sales agents are responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans (Policy/funeral cover) and overseeing a portfolio of clients, these professionals are responsible for identifying risk management strategies, handling policy renewals, and tracking claims. Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them. Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience. Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations Emotional intelligence. This includes the ability to listen and empathize with clients on a deeper level in order to discern what they really want and need. A good agent is tactful and knows how to help a client see financial reality clearly, even when the client is dead set against it.
