* Diploma in either:
Sports Management / Outdoor Recreation / Education /
Environmental Education OR Leadership Development or
related Field
* 3-4 years of experience in Camp Facilitation, Outdoor

* Ability to perform well in a Fast-paced Camp Environment
Responsibilities:
* Co-ordinating & Managing the Day-to-Day Operations of the
Camps, ensuring a Safe & Functional Environment for Campers
& Staff.
* Scheduling Maintenance Tasks
* Managing Budgets
* Overseeing Staff
* Implementing Safety Protocols.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
