Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Sales Administrator. Our Client is a leading electronic recycling company committed to sustainable and responsible e-waste management. With a focus on environmental conservation and ethical practices, they strive to provide cutting-edge solutions for the recycling and disposal of electronic waste.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information about products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
Order Processing:
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Track and monitor order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
Inventory Management
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Assist in maintaining inventory records and conducting regular audits.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics to manage stock availability for customer orders.
Sales Reporting
- Generate and analyse sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team on key performance indicators.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
