Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ISP sales strategies to target new customers and grow market share.
- Lead and mentor a team of ISP sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Identify and target potential ISP clients, build relationships with key decision-makers, and lead negotiations to secure contracts.
- Stay updated on ISP services, pricing, and competition to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous records of your sales activities, client interactions and revenue forecasts.
- Provide valuable insights into sales performance, market dynamics and opportunities for improvement.
Experience & Qualification:
- Proven track record in ISP sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of ISP industry trends and technologies
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (preferred)
