A well-established leader in the food manufacturing and distribution industry is seeking a dynamic Inbound Sales Representative to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming queries, processing orders, and providing exceptional product solutions without needing to make cold calls. Order & Inquiry Management: Efficiently process inbound sales orders and handle customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Customer Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their culinary or business needs and recommending the right food products and solutions.
Up-selling & Cross-selling: Maximize order values by identifying opportunities to introduce new product lines or complementary items.
CRM Maintenance: Accurately update customer profiles, order histories, and sales pipelines in the company database.
Collaboration: Coordinate closely with logistics, warehousing, and procurement teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Experience: Proven track record as an Inbound Sales Representative, Internal Sales Executive, or a similar role (experience within the food retail, wholesale, or manufacturing sector is highly advantageous).
Skills: Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a natural ability to build rapport over the phone and via email.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and standard order-processing systems.
Attributes: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
