DUTIES
Work closely with a copywriter to conceptualise and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the brand’s identity, positioning and campaign messaging through all of the brand’s touch points. The client is looking for a person who can consider a campaign from start to finish and then some. You need to be an effective problem-solver, communicate well and be able to build relationships internally and with clients.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALITIES
Candidate must have OEM experience, dynamic, passionate and can handle strong targets and timelines. Must be an enthusiastic, driven product specialist. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysing trends, performing product demonstrations to staff and dealer network, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to sales and product team. Also tasked with facilitating training sessions, as well as assisting with new product launches.
High school diploma or higher.
Extensive experience in retail, sales, or customer service would be advantageous.
Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
Articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire.
Deadline-driven, and willing to travel.
Superb verbal and written communication skills, as well as great telephone etiquette.
A strong growth mindset.
At least 3 – 5 years’ experience preferably with vehicle OEM importer, preferably in a similar role.
Computer literate, Excel proficiency and Systems knowledge.
