Job Summary
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Relevant administrative, customer service, or coordination qualification will be
advantageous
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, reservations, bookings, administration,
and or client liaison roles
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional and well-presented
- Afrikaans and English speaking (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all bookings, reservations, and scheduling arrangements
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding bookings, confirmations, and
queries
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and client requirements
- Maintain accurate booking and client records
- Follow up with clients regarding confirmations, changes, and feedback
- Ensure all reservation details are captured accurately and timeously
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client complaints and queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties and general office coordination
- Prepare reports, schedules, and booking summaries when required
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
- Duties that include Sales and Sales administration
