About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, support executive leadership, and drive efficiency across the business. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech‑confident professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing environment and enjoys working across operations, digital platforms, sales, and customer engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4–6 years relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Strong operational and administrative capability
- Experience in web design, sales, SEO, reporting, and team coordination
- Proficiency in CRM systems (VMG), Excel, and digital business tools
- BCom degree beneficial but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Operations Management
- Oversee daily business operations and workflow management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute operational activities efficiently
- Manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Assist with budgeting, cost awareness, and resource allocation
- Coordinate suppliers, stock, and logistics
- Identify and implement process improvements
Digital & E‑Commerce Management
- Manage and update company websites and online stores (WordPress)
- Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and stock control
- Conduct basic SEO updates and ensure smooth online customer journeys
- Confidently use digital tools, systems, and reporting platforms
Sales & Customer Management
- Handle leads, enquiries, and sales follow‑ups
- Prepare quotations and track conversions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
Executive Support & Leadership
- Support the Director with reporting, coordination, and priority execution
- Oversee staff tasks and ensure accountability
- Manage confidential and time‑sensitive information professionally
Communication & Reporting
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track sales and performance metrics
- Prepare basic reports and insights for decision‑making
Technical & Industry Confidence
- Willingness to learn automotive performance terminology
- Ability to explain technical product information in a customer‑friendly way
