About the Role
A well-established real estate organisation, is seeking an intermediate-level Technology & Systems Specialist to drive AI, automation and Microsoft 365 solutions across the business.
This is not a traditional IT support role. The successful candidate will work closely with business divisions to identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and develop practical AI and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value. The role requires someone with a strong commercial mindset who can assess the operational and financial impact of technology solutions while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Engage with business divisions to identify workflow bottlenecks, repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
Design, build, test and maintain AI agents, automated workflows and digital solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies.
Develop and enhance solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint and related Microsoft 365 tools.
Analyse existing business processes and recommend practical workflow improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
Assess and communicate the operational, productivity, time-saving and financial impact of proposed and implemented solutions.
Build and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automation projects while troubleshooting and improving existing solutions.
Configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions, ensuring appropriate licensing, permissions and security requirements are met.
Support SharePoint sites, Power Pages, Visual Studio integrations and Azure-related Power Pages functionality.
Coordinate with developers, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
Maintain a pipeline of AI, automation and systems projects, including priorities, dependencies and implementation progress.
Prepare project updates for management and Exco, including project status, business benefits, risks and next steps.
Ensure solutions are well documented, user-friendly and aligned with business requirements.
Promote user adoption by implementing practical, scalable technology solutions that simplify day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
4–5 years' experience in a technology, systems, Microsoft 365, automation or solutions-focused role.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical AI, automation and workflow solutions.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 licensing, user permissions and administration.
Experience building, testing and improving AI agents using Copilot Studio.
Strong experience with Power Automate, Power Pages and SharePoint.
Experience with Visual Studio, basic integrations, APIs and structured data.
SQL database experience with the ability to support reporting and data-related troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of development, configuration and troubleshooting principles.
Ability to coordinate with developers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to assess and communicate the operational, time-saving and financial impact of technology solutions.
Experience preparing management or Exco-level project updates.
Experience supporting AI adoption, digital transformation or automation initiatives will be advantageous.
Exposure to Azure, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Python will be advantageous.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
