Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the National Sales Manager and office, ensuring efficient coordination of daily activities, communication, and sales functions. The role aims to enhance the manager’s productivity by managing schedules, preparing reports, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with sales data and project coordination.
The Personal Assistant acts as a key link between the sales manager, internal teams, and external stakeholders to enable smooth
execution of sales strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
Valid drivers license
Skills and Competencies
Understanding of how to use a CRM system (Zoho preferably)
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
